Think about how you think

Think about "how you think"

Our mental process is rarely visible to ourselves. As much as we have to explore the vast Universe -or the structure of matter- there is hardly a Unified Theory of the Brain. Emotion tends to hide Reason. Mental activity is an Emotional-Rational-Organic Unified Process. It is not possible to have a pure thought or a pure emotion, both dimensions are always involved. For example, when in conflict, when trying to find a solution, etc., we hardly question our own thinking process. We rely on our mental process, and yet this is the most critical aspect in decision making, problem solving or creation. Our brain is hardly infallible and, yet, we hardly "think about we think".

Have a good one,

Change or suffering?

We get stuck. Why do we get stuck? What gets in the way? A wrong look at the past or a wrong look at the future. Something does not fit anymore or, simply, will not work. Frustration or arbitrary hope are emotions that are part of the "I-am-stuck-process". Change is necessary. Are you ready to change?
